Mary Beth Peabody is Communications and Marketing Manager for South Jersey Catholic Schools. She helps promote the schools as an entity and provides targeted support for individual schools as needed. Mary Beth has moderated panel discussions related to Catholic School education for the Catholic Business Network of South Jersey, the 2017 convocation of diocesan teachers and administrators, and professional development sessions for school principals and advancement directors. A frequent contributor to the Catholic Star Herald, earlier in her career, Mary Beth spent several years helping organizations manage change through clear communication with employees.

    The presentation is a moderated panel conversation with three pastor-principal teams from parishes and schools that currently benefit from a close relationship – where parish life is enhanced by the presence of school students, and schools benefit from a broad, supportive faith community. Panelists will talk about steps they have taken and continue to take to nurture their school-parish relationships, acknowledge challenges, share success stories and answer questions from workshop attendees. The moderated discussion will last not more than 60 minutes, with at least 30 minutes reserved for audience Q&A and discussion. Panelists are: • Fr.
