    “I dream of a ‘missionary option,’ that is, a missionary impulse capable of transforming everything so that the Church’s customs, ways of doing things, times and schedules, language and structures can be suitably channeled for the evangelization of today’s world rather than for her self-preservation.” Evangelii Gaudium 27 In 2017, Cardinal Tobin spoke at the National Convocation of Catholic Leaders on his personal interaction with Pope Francis and the reason he gave us the challenge of becoming Missionary Disciples. During this plenary, he will bring the Holy Father’s message directly to the Catholic leaders of South Jersey.
