Andrés Arango is the Bishop’s Delegate for Hispanic Ministry and Director of Evangelization for the Diocese of Camden in New Jersey. Currently, he is the President of the Latin American Catholic Charismatic Committee. Andrés also serves as a consultant to the Subcommittee on Hispanic Affairs of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and is a member of the Council of the International Services of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal based in the Vatican. Andrés has a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from the Franciscan School of Theology (Berkeley, California). He is the author of the books “Catholic Charismatic Renewal: Current of Grace” and “Be my Witness”. With his wife Kathia are the proud parents of twin daughters.

    Basado en resultados del V Encuentro de Ministerio Hispano, este taller ayudará a los participantes a entender las necesidades de la comunidad Latina de nuestra diócesis y a la vez proveerá estrategias pastorales prácticas de como servir mejor a los Católicos Latinos en nuestras parroquias. Toda la dinámica del taller estará enfocada en la invitación a tener un encuentro personal constante con Jesús, lo cual nos impulsa a ser discípulos misioneros, testigos del amor de Dios. Based on the results of the V National Encuentro of Hispanic Ministry, this workshop will help participants understand the needs of the Latino community in our diocese; and at the same time will provide practical pastoral strategies on how to better serve Latino Catholics in our parishes. The whole dynamic of the workshop will be focused on the invitation to have a constant personal encounter with Jesus, which empower us to be missionary disciples, witnesses of God's love.
