A Practiced caseworker for Catholic Charities and directed parish social ministry in three different U.S. Catholic dioceses for approximately 15 years; has been a volunteer parish social ministry leader in local parishes for over 20 years. Tom was staff in the education division of the national office of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development for nearly 10 years, directing it for 4. He served as the Vice President for Training, Convening and Mission for Catholic Charities USA for 7 years. He directed the Constituency Relations and Support Department of Catholic Relief Services – U.S. Operations for 7 year managing that department and continuing to conduct parish-based social ministry leadership development in dioceses across the U.S. and in Croatia, Eastern Europe.
Since January 2012, has been the Vice President of Program Operations & Regional Development for the Ignatian Volunteer Corps.
