PASTORS ONLY: Come Away & Be Fed:
Sharing Learnings, Supporting Team Development & Creating a Culture Where Everyone Leads
Thursday, March 28, 2019 | 7:30am – 8:45am
Modeling the Way of Our Master, pastors are invited to come away for a while and be fed before returning to their parish. This session will enable pastors to discuss and reflect upon key learnings they and their delegates garnered throughout the Convocation and implications for path forward. Pastors will have the opportunity to share highlights of their team experiences to date, identify team behaviors that enable and hinder the creation of a culture of encounter where everyone leads and discuss how they and their delegates will effectively “point the way” for those they lead. Pastors will obtain hands on coaching support from each another, Chris Lowney and Matt Manion to begin to synthesize learnings to further develop parish EASTeR strategies and support their successful execution.
